Kiwanis Club of West Racine announces 2026 scholarship recipients
We are pleased to award scholarships of $3,000 each to four local high school seniors from the class of 2026. Let’s meet these impressive young people:
Malcolm Hatfield of J.I. Case High School received the Ted Jacobson Scholarship. He plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and major in Biology.
Josiah Van Swol of Racine Lutheran High School received a scholarship from the club. He plans to attend Milwaukee School of Engineering and major in Mechanical Engineering.
Holly Schlecht of The Prairie School received a scholarship from the club. She plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and major in Biostatistics.
Emma Naegeli of Case High School received a scholarship from the club. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and major in Biology.
Funding for the 2026 Kiwanis Club of West Racine Scholarship Program was provided by the Ted and Elizabeth Jacobson Foundation; a donation in memory of Tom Simonson; the West Racine Alliance and funds raised by club members.
